If any order details need to be changed after moonfashionsa.com accepts your order,
the changes will need to be approved by moonfashionsa.com.

Log into your moonfashionsa.com account and update your details through Profile.
Please contact us directly at info@moonfashionsa.com or +966 571 562 480 so we can cancel the order for you. Any cancellations should be made within 1 hour of purchase, and refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, and note that the refunded amount will be net of bank processing charges. After 1 hour of placing an order, you can only cancel the order before the boutiques start processing it, which will be confirmed by email. Boutiques will assess cancellation requests post-processing and inform you of their decision. Cancellations for bespoke orders during the processing time are not possible and will incur the full cost.
Refunds agreed upon by boutiques will be issued only through a credit note with moonfashionsa.com.
Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit in your bank account. If you have available funds, there might be an issue with your billing address,
your CVV number (the 3-digit code on the back of your card), or your card's limit. If all your details are correct,
please contact your bank to resolve the issue. Otherwise, feel free to use any of our other payment methods available at checkout.
